I have been traveling again to all sorts of beautiful places. This last weekend I had the great opportunity to be in Scotland. The land of Kilts, Nessie and Whisky.. maybe in that order but not sure :) I had a wonderful time, the weather was gorgeous, the people were very kind and hospitable and I had the opportunity to meet some inspirational people.
It has been 27 years since my last visit to the beautiful Highland Country. I was there for a professional meeting which was a gathering from people from all corners of the globe. Most of the time when we think of attending a professional meeting and we begin to yawn and figure out how to get credit for being there without really being there. Not this past weekend. In fact, I really did not want to leave the room in fear that I might miss some great opportunity to be inspired. It was really that good. I thank the speakers who gave up their personal time to come share some great information with the group. I am glad to say that those things I learned I was able to apply to my work on Monday morning and have been amazed by the results.
Lately I have been feeling a bit more isolated in the new place I call home. This seminar is just what I needed to feel connected once again to the purpose of life and to witness other human beings walking along the similar journey as I have been. Don't get me wrong, I definitely have my share of experiences and cross paths with amazing people here in the Netherlands too. It is just in a different way that I experience it.
I am so grateful for the opportunities that I have in my life and where I am now mentally( of course physically too). I am grateful to be able to travel and share the many things I see and experience as well. I look forward to getting back on a regular writing for the rest of the summer before my traveling begins once again.
I wish each and everyone of you peace, abundance, love and success wherever you may be along this journey we call life.
Till next time.
In love and gratitude,
Asha
