I have been experiencing some serious case of 'takers' in my life this week. Sometimes I just can't believe how when you give an inch people want to take a mile. I know we all have experienced this in our lives and most of the time we let it go and just move on from it. But for some reason I am just saying No More!! It is enough. I realize that when you allow others to take advantage of you and take you for all that you have to give, you are disrespecting yourself. The recent experiences have taught me that I am no longer wanting to invite those kind of relationships in my life for the long haul. Enough is enough.
If your relationships,friendships or partnerships are not balanced in the give and take department, take another look and make sure that you are really wanting to be in that connection. Because the outcome of that can be alot of heartache and unfulfillment. Nurture the relationships that thrive not the ones that drag you down.
